Constantly increasing quality demands bring new challenges to quality assurance processes. Individualised production and high production speeds are also leverage points for quality assurance. At our company, incoming products pass through a stringent testing regime in our own quality assurance laboratory. This process monitoring is an important component of the testing system that in turn benefits production efficiency. The target here is the achievement of maximum usability and the reduction of reject rates.
In the food sector, we determine the moisture content and density of raw food products and spices – for instance pepper. For more detailed analyses, we work in cooperation with experienced laboratories who have been trusted partners for many years.
