Suction vehicles/vacuum silo trailer trucks
Our specialised vacuum silo trailer trucks provide fast help for cleaning up spills and emptying big bags. The vehicle equipment includes a soundproofed, cooled compressor that works with underpressures of up to 0.6 bar and can upload powdered and granulated material by suction. Our vacuum silo trailer trucks have capacities of 56 to 60 cubic metres and a special vacuum system for uploading or offloading products. The vacuum and pressure silo trailer trucks are also suitable for handling a range of hazardous materials (ADR). In this way, loose bulk materials can be uploaded from storage silos, other silo vehicles, big bags or octabins and directly from the ground, and quickly transported to any chosen location. As no additional transhipment is required, the process saves time and is particularly cost-effective. On arrival at the chosen destination, the goods are pneumatically emptied into their designated storage containers. Here, the adjustable unloading pressure of up to 2 bar ensures clean and gentle unloading of the product.
